The Coastal War during the Civil War

Another Excellent book in the Time-Life Series of the Civil War dealing with the war on the water and the implementation of General Scott's Anaconda Plan to strangle the Confederacy which eventually was successful. It is a straight forward assessment of Naval Operations and it is a riveting read. I recommend this book to all those interested in American history and the Civil War.
