The Church of Gideon and His 300 Men (Coming Back to the Vision at the Beginning of the Lord's Recovery)

Don't Be Sectarian "Please be clear, any church meeting as a local church, standing on the ground and recognizing all the local churches around the globe, regardless of whether or not they take the new way, they are a genuine local church. We do not mean that any church that does not take the present new way becomes no more the church. No, we don't practice that way. That is sectarian."We practice the all-inclusive church life. I not only speak this to you all, I declare this to all the churches on this earth. Don't be sectarian. We don't practice sectarianism; we practice the all-inclusive church life."Even though we realize that for the Lord to go on to make His recovery so prevailing there is no other way but this present new move, this doesn't mean if you do not take this present new way that you are no more a church and that we don't consider you as a church. No, we still respect you as a proper church and we keep our fellowship with you. Even though you don't feel the need for this present new way, and even you would go a little further to oppose this new way, we will not reject you. Until you say, we are no more a church in the recovery, then that is you cutting yourself off; it's not us."Do you see this? Don't try to cut off any church who would not be agreeable to this present new move, who would even be a little opposing, yet still recognizing all the churches on this globe for the fellowship in the Body; as such we still, not only recognize, but also still respect and regard them as a genuine church among so many local churches. We still like to have the proper fellowship with them, and will try our best to maintain our fellowship. Be clear - don't be sectarian; don't be sectarian; we don't agree with sectarianism. The Party of Gideon "Third, by the way, I would say, we don't like to form parties. Don't say, "Brother Lee, I stand with you". I don't like to hear this. I don't like anyone to stand with me. I don't like to have a party. I have been in the Lord's recovery over a half century. You all can testify in the Far East, in mainland China, in Taiwan, and in this country, I never liked to make anyone side with me to make a party. No, not at all. Right? Don't make any party. Don't think that we, the 400 or the 500, all got convinced and say, "Let us all stand together; we are the 300 of Gideon." It may be okay to be the 300 of Gideon. But don't form a party. The 300 with Gideon still loved the children of Israel. They still fought the battle for them. They never considered them as a separate party. That is a division. We don't agree with that. We must have a proper attitude and a good spirit toward all the brothers and the sisters. Whether they would take this new way or not, we don't change our attitude, and our attitude must be one of loving, a loving attitude, you see.
