Welcome to the holiday season - that hurricane of gift-giving holidays, marketing barrages, holiday parties, and activities in abundance that starts just after Halloween, builds to Thanksgiving and keeps picking up speed through the end of the year. While this season is intended to bring feelings of love and cheer, it's likewise the harbinger of holiday stress for some.
