Chef Gregory is one of those 'been there, done that' chefs. His recipes are unique but simple; his menus bring together compatible and interesting combinations of flavors. He begins with a list of sophisticated yet basic sauces and dressings, a schedule for cooking various meats and vegetables, and he includes a basic set of kitchen tools to enable the amateur to properly utilize his recipes. If you like to cook or would like to cook, here is a recommended book. It also makes a wonderful house or bridle gift.
