A case of mistaken identity landed Devon McShay on the receiving end of a mind-blowing kiss--from her new client CEO Cal Logan was an undeniably handsome man, and despite their business relationship, Devon couldn't help thinking about kissing him again. When a crippling ice storm traps them in Salzburg for Christmas, sharing a room is their only option. And sharing a bed becomes their pleasure. Could this passionate encounter evolve into anything more than a holiday affair?
I was disappointed- not much substance. There was really no conflict, no exciting plot- bland characters. No tale involving personal growth or self-discovery; no lesson to be learned. CEO Cal Logan pursues Devon McShay- and there is no resistance, no hedging, no alternative plans for either character. There are a few very minor "blips" that are immediately dealt with honestly and efficiently. I suppose Cal & Devon might model a healthy relationship- believing in one another and being forthright. I personally prefer a little fire! If you appreciate detailed descriptions of settings and might enjoy a bit of history on Germany's landmarks- this would appeal to you. Not much can be said of this "effort" by Merline Lovelace.
Fun silly romance

This was a good book. Not thrilled with the others in the series, but this one is worth a read, if you're into cheap silly romances.
