She has written inspirational articles for over a decade for the Lake Steven Journal, and published a short story titled Snowballs and Lilacs in A Second Serving of Chicken Soup for the Mother's Soul. Their four grown children and their spouses are a true delight. However, being Gramzee to six young grandchildren is her favorite role It keeps her well hugged, and busy gathering baby pinecones, experimenting with puppet stories, and gathering goldens- also known as dandelions.
