Great Work on This Theme

The theme of this wonderful romance is one of the ones that I most frequently need reiterated; faith comes by grace and mercy, you cannot earn your way to salvation or the blessings of God that follow. The problems of self-esteem that result from thinking that you need to prove yourself to God, and also man, are very familiar to me, and I am SO blessed that God made me His heir through salvation, taking away my need to earn my way into His presence. I am grateful to Colleen Coble for reminding me of these facts, and doing it in a wonderful story that contains love, suspense and history.
