My name is Napoleon. The people who adopted me named me after Emperor Napoleon because they felt I had a commanding personality. My brother was named after Ernest Hemingway the writer. Our paws are called Hemingway paws because of the type of cats Hemingway kept at his home in Key West, Florida. We are also known as polydactyl cats because we have an extra extension or digit on our paws. I myself was also born with a very large claw which sometimes curls under and causes me great discomfort.
