Tommie tells a story about a purple furry creature who bans kids from eating candy. They call him The Candy Judge. The Candy Judge operates just like a court of appeals judge. His focus is to stop children from destroying their teeth with candy. If he feels you are eating too much candy he collects all the candy you have and gives you blue and red gloves with a sign saying No Candy. If you get the blue and red gloves you can not have anymore candy for life, it's horrible!
