Most of us love candles, but Tina Ketch has taken the love of candles many steps forward in the Candle Lighting Encyclopedia. She has taken this ancient art of lighting candles to purpose and... This description may be from another edition of this product.
Ms. Ketch has written such a comprehensive book on candle work that I find myself lacking any further questions. She has included time tables, how-to's on making candles to purpose, the importance of color and the science of color vibrations as well as herbs (why they work), and has written it in a form that can be used by anyone of any faith. It includes a full list of saints and archangels (I believe she's catholic) to enlist with candle work, disspelling the witchcraft notion of magick that some find offensive. It's the perfect handbook for everyone wishing to have influence in the outcome of their lives, with a bit of science and faith together. I am not Christian, but this book is definately Christian-friendly! No matter your faith orientation, it's magnificent!
Candle Magick made easy

I value both volumes of this book because it is written clearly, and avoids any overlap between subjects or sections. Everything needed to begin to experience candle magick is in here. All of the bring and release time frames are listed, and the author includes two sections that list a variety of uses for candle magick, including colors. Also, the book does not focus on any particular path of faith. The author herself even explains where she discovered the uses of candle magick, which was a bit of a surprise. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to experience candle magick.
