Beautiful and chilling

Many people say I have a connection with books. They way I look at it, they've saved my life, they are the greatest escape for me. It was a beautiful day in my little town. I walked to the library with a friend, and was looking at the books they had for sale. I never really find any thing too good. I ran my fingers over a hard cover book with a bright orange cover. I looked down at it and immeditaly bought it.... I didn't know who the author was, and being there was no cover, what it was about. I read the first sentence, and my love for the book grew. I had to read the book, putting it down once and a while ( That hasn't happened to me since I read Dharma Bums, Jack Kerouac) almost to savor the wonderful words. If you want a perfect book, this would be the one.
