2055 Los Angeles. Global warming. Rampant commercialization. Overcrowding. Greed. Violence. Zombies. Still good breakfast burritos, though. Oh, and speaking of the undead, there's a federal Bureau for that now. You see, these walking corpses aren't quite the ones you grew up with on TV. These are just people buying a bit more time thanks to LazCorp's miracle drug-the Blessing(R). Sure, your body will start to rot, especially in the Cali sun, but your mind is all there.

But there's a problem. A group of radical d*ckwads, called the Dead Prophets, watched too many of those old movies and they actually want a zombie apocalypse. Why? Well, I can't give it all away. How? With science, b*tch.

Enter Bureau agents Lukas and Abby. The last line of defense against the undead hordes . . . maybe the only line of defense. And it's mostly because Lukas hates filling quotas and doing paperwork-not everyone's as virtuous as Batman. The Day of the Dead parade is approaching, the Prophet's plan is in motion, and our plucky heroes just need to stay alive long enough to stop them . . . or do they?
