Hee Haw!!

This is an awesome and very entertaining beginning to a great kids series. This book tells the story of three Yankee brothers, the Bucks, who are orphaned and about to become a part of the foster care system. But scheming Jake Buck invents fake relatives in the backwoods of Arkansas and manages to get him and his siblings placed in their "aunt and uncle's" custody. However, once the boys arrive on the family farm they have to keep up their ruse. But somebody is stealing the local dogs and the newcomer Bucks are instantly suspected. This is a great book for kids and is filled with hilarious characters.

This book grabs your attention and leaves you wanting more.

I enjoyed this book because of the truthful way history was brought forth. You truly begin to care about the people and the things they go through.
