He was named 'Wild Edric' by his friends but in the Doomsday book which was compiled by the all powerful Normans who named him 'AEdric the Savage.' Edric (modern day pronunciation) married 'Godda' who was the Queen of the Light Elves who bore him a son called 'Aelnoth.'
