The Bright Side: A Treasury of Poems

This book of poetry consists of poems I've written through the years which proved to be significant in my healing from childhood abuse, trauma, and neglect. There were times, in fact, when I was writing a poem with tears streaming down my face as the words were speaking to me while I wrote them.

Although there are a few poems which mirror some of the darkest times of my life, most are inspirational and uplifting, with some humorous and whimsical ones thrown in as well. After all, what is life without humor?
My desire in the publication of this book is that it will help others who have also experienced abject pain.
