Will the Fissure of Orlando show up in time?

Two brains with dissimilar attitudes arrive on Earth. One is criminal (Gor) and takes on Steve March's body. The police brain (Val) takes on the body of an actor who is a real dog. They don't wear black and white, but you know the bad guy when he tends to destroy things. Do not look too closely, or you will see the wire holding the brains up. We have the standard “small” conference room where Steve shows what power he has and laughs as someone foolish enough tries to shoot him. Evidently, the shooter has not watched enough evil brain movies.
