Very disappointed

Condition stated as good collectors edition. I just received this dvd and well it’s all scratched up will not play correctly at all just keeps skipping and freezing. It’s definitely not my player. I wish I could post pictures so people could see. I need to see about getting a replacement since this is a gift.
