The Story Behind This Book: Mr. Sun's oldest son Nathan wanted to write a book and jokingly said it should be "Once upon a time... The end." Mr. Sun encouraged him to explore the idea. Nathan thought of a boy saying "What That's it?" From there they decided the book would be about a boy writing a book. Unfortunately, Nathan had difficulty focusing. Mr. Sun was getting frustrated but then had the idea that the boy in the book, like Nathan, has difficulty focusing. From there, they brainstormed ideas about a boy who doesn't complete his book.
