A book of poems I have written about love & heart ache. With that heart ache are 5 stages of grief that followed. From falling in love to being in denial and to being angry and depressed to finding my way through it all and arriving at acceptance. What I have written is just a small fraction of all the emotions that I felt during all of the love and all of the loss.
If losing a lover and a friend wasn't heart breaking enough it all happened during a lockdown.
