During covid I didn't sleep much. Dreaming was scarce. Luckily for me a woman named Lu came into my life like a beautiful flower from a dream. We made a unique connection through words and photos. Not actually speaking to each other, we came to doubt each other's real existence. Trusting a stranger, and allowing imagination to become emotion, made reality painfully mysterious and also magically transformative. The poetry in this chapbook chronicles the six-month journey and our intimate and transformative experiment.
