British humour

This is the most hilarious book I've ever read!!! If you need a good laugh, this is it!

Great book when you feel awful

One of my favorite books for a pick-me-up. The stories are uproarious. Laugh at loud, and suddenly, your life does not feel so bad. The first quote in the book is one from C.K. Chesterton, :"If a thing's worth doing, it is worth doing badly." The author has a way of making a funny story funnier, and all I can say is I am glad I am not married, or have given birth to, any of the optimistic dreamers in this book. You will feel better after reading. Highly recommend.

One of the funniest books ever

If you ever feel like you can't do anything right, pick up this book and you won't feel nearly as bad.

Hilarious

This is my favorite book. I have nearly every story in it memorized and I find myself re-reading the book again and again. It's one of those rare books that you start reading it smiling, then laughing out loud, and soon you're wiping tears from your eyes. Highly recommended.

An alltogether excellent book

This book does wonder for ones sanity, knowing that there are people out there that can fail at any given challenge (and then flatly refuse it) even more spectacularly than oneself.
