Repetitive and contradictory

If you took out the repetitive content this would be a pretty short book. That was the first annoyance. I was disenchanted with her contradicting information as well. She repeatedly railed about how broth must be made from only the very highest quality, grass-fed, organic animals, but then had an entire section on adding alcohol to the broth to make “brocktails”. So, if someone is unable to source or afford grass-fed, organic animal parts it’s not up to par for health, but dumping ethanol into the broth is recommended? The repeating and preachinesses were bad enough, but those adult beverage recipes was the topper for me. I will be getting rid of this book as soon as I can.
