Mutual Fund Investor

I loved the book. It was easy to understand, had real life & timely examples/case studies and had an excellent illustration on how to do mutual fund research on my own using Morningstar. No little wonder the competition hates this book. Adam's "take no prisoners" attitude toward brokers has to have them on the defensive. I for one got tired of my broker calling me with the "IPO of the month" and promoting variable annuities at every opportunity, so I went to online investing. This book will help me become a much better investor! I highly recommend it if you are serious about investing in mutual funds or if you are tired of your broker losing your money.

Informative, Entertaining & Objective

I enjoyed reading this book. It gives you great insight into picking a fund and what to be aware of when selecting mutual funds. Mr. Bold's philosophy is very straightforward and easy to understand. I think it will help me significantly with my investments.

Happy Hour

While I am not a new investor, I am not that knowledgeable on financial matters when it comes to Mutual Funds. I found the book to be a great help in that I now know what to look for and what not to look for when selecting an advisor. I found the case studies to be helpful, informative and very entertaining. Mr. Bold's style of writting is easy to read and written for the average person. Other books I've tried to read have been too complicatd for me, using terms that I didn't understand. I want to thank Mr. Bold for putting things in layman's terms so an average Joe like me might be able to enjoy my retirement.

Enlightening, Instructive

I really liked The Bold Truth About Mutual Funds. An easy read, packed with worthwhile information in regards to picking the right investment advisor. High on content, and a great investment book. Mr. Bold has a great conversational writing style that is both entertaining and informative. The book is written clearly in understandable language that those foreign to investing can understand. Good book.
