The Blockade: publish and be damned

The legal and medical issues reached a point that that was an impasse enforced as a blockade by the State of the United Kingdom on the author that left him vulnerable to predators so it had to be punched open. Where there is a will, there is a way. One has to identify the path forwards, for life does not stay still so long as one is alive, progress has to be maintained to ensure that one is free and at liberty to do what one wishes. In peaceful resistance to tyranny, publish and be damned, for the Court of Public Opinion is all that matters.
