The Blackthorn Legacy is a fictional novel, based in a quiet village. The main character, Martin Carey, is a loner, a characteristic that he acquired following his detention and questioning following the discovery of the body of an unknown murder victim. Eighteen months on and another three murders in the village occur near Martin's house. He needs to try and clear his name and in doing so, his paranoia comes to the fore. Will Martin be able to carry out his necessary work, or will the paranoia the affects him, keep him from making proper choices?
