Love the character

I love the characters ans the story. I am usually skeptical about reading stories with child protagonist, but these characters in particular are written very well to be likeable and the development is believable. The plot is very intriguing and hard to put down! Would definitely recommend to friends. Reminds of a lower fantasy Belgariad by David Eddings.
