Is this the same James Spader of Stargate?

Ran for 10 seasons, 218 episodes. Still constantly rerun here and there. The stories are not unique. The formula of having short-story episodes with a long-term underlying story is not unique. There is a laundry list of things that are not "unique." There are holes you can drive through and a standard end-of-episode twist. Enough of the "nots." This is downright fun, seeing Spader smirk and Megan Boone cringe. As there is a politically incorrect dispatching or dissecting of the bad guys. Another advantage is all of the cameos from various ancient actors. The story is about an ex-government agent turned entrepreneur. He has his agenda for catching the biggest, most secretive bad people, which he calls his "Blacklist." He offers to help the government track down the cabals with one caveat: his only contact is through Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone). Liz has no idea why she was picked and speculates throughout the series. As the series progresses, she changes from squeamish to aggressive, leaving you to think she was named after Lizzy Borden. As with many series, this goes on for years with new revelations in each episode, and a continuing under our series story. Lizzy Borden just may eventually find out who she really is and might even marry a mysterious man to stretch out a season or two. And the story goes on and on and on. Anyway, this is not the program to watch at supper.
