Christian Counseling vs. Biblical Counseling

I bought this book for a course in Biblical Counseling. It was very informative and pretty straightforward. Dr. Frey basically breaks down the steps of Biblical Counseling, without ignoring the psysiological constants of psychology. I would recommend this book to any christian in H.S. considering to choose psychology as a major in college. It's important to establish whether you will be a christian counselor or biblical counselor. Highly recommended for any student of psychology.
