Average cozy

Is a so so cozy read. It’s a slow start and doesn’t really move until about half way through. Can be a bit repetitive and I don’t think the author had a thesaurus as descriptions are nearly word for word each time they are made. Example a dress is explained as black and witchy over and over. And as many stories, this felt a bit as if there was an outline and things were filled in in order to get from point a to point b. I was able to finish the book, but did have to push through it to complete, nearly did DNF. Arc read
