The Bet - A Rock Opera: The Libretto

A Libretto for the rock opera, named The Bet. The story is how a school kid with a deep facial scar down his cheek, loves the girl in his class, but is picked on by the class bullies, and she ignores him. In a place called No Where Land, a place thats neither in Heaven nor in Hell, a Devil has been placed into a probation there, sent by Lord Satan as a punishment, for not obeying his orders back down in Hell. The Devil is angry that during his probation, an Angel has been put in charge over him. One day, the Devil hears, via the Angel network, the poor school boy crying in class, and schemes a way to get back at the Angel, by using the poor boy's tears.
The Devil pretends to want to help the poor kid, and makes a bet with the Angel that he will fix the kids face, if the kid signs his bond. The Bet is made, but the Devil continues to trick the Angels, and eventually, after causing havoc in the heavenly void, Satan punishes the Devil, in the only way he can, to fix the heavenly imbalance that the Devil's havoc, has caused.
