I used this book to learn Origami when I was 'knee high to a grasshopper'. Great book! Seemed to last the whole summer. How much better can something be?The models presented are sometimes very complex; for example, I was never able to create the Elephant, yet I could complete the T-Rex. But, even the book itself presents a very good view of what pure Origami is about.---- Josef

This book has a nice range of models, and the instructions arepretty clear. The legend of symbols and directions to applythe symbols to paper are complete. By far the best origamibook I've found in a rush to learn origami. Great for purists,as scissors are not used. Models are different than those available on the internet (the swan is better, the butterflyeasier). Highly recommended.
Wonderful instructional reference book

The book features practical instructions for over 50 designs (from basic to advanced). 600+ line drawing diagrams are included. This is by far one of the best English language origami books ever published. It has been out of print for some time and is becoming quite a sought after item among origami enthusiasts.
