Anyone can bake foccacia bread with this book!

Donna German is the queen of the bread machine books. I have never gone wrong with any of her recipes and with this in mind, I purchased her Focaccia book. I was not disappointed. The first section of the book explains exactly what you need to know about making focaccia bread, and for one that does not bake much at all, I found this book very helpful. I was successful with my first focaccia bread I baked, and my fiance is the proof. He asks for this bread every weekend. The recipes are simple, and allows one to be creative as one bakes. I follow German's basic recipe, but I often add my own blend of ingredients as I go along.Baking bread is fun, Donna German style!
