Help for your prayer life

I can always find just the words I'm searching for in this collection of prayers. Some are deep, some poetic, many quite simple, but profound. The prayers are divided into six categories: Prayers to the Source of all wisdom, Prayers to prepare the heart and mind, Prayers in times of success and failure, Prayers in times of stress and uncertainty, Prayers for teaching and discovering, and Prayers for vision beyond. This collection comes from such a wide variety of sources as well -- from Elisabeth Elliot, C.S.Lewis, Oswald Chambers, Mother Teresa, Eugene Peterson, Richard Foster, and the Bible. Some are from ancient times, some were written by authors who are still preaching, teaching and serving the Lord in various capacities today. I think what I enjoy the most about this little book is realizing that others have gone through and continue to go through the same questions, emotions and pursuits as I do (even if they lived hundreds of years ago!). This is the perfect book to help you in your personal quiet time with God.
