It was the first time for her to stand totally naked in front of the mirror and meditate on the beauty of her body, the beauty of her face, her breasts, her belly and her thighs, what's the benefit of that? All she hoped for was death, nothing except death. She was fed up with life, she hated her body . During all her life they taught her that her body is a shame. Once her husband brought for her tight naked clothes to wear and suicide in London, she should wear them to avoid any doubt about her. Where's the moral? Where's the modest?
For God's sake, she covered her body and for God's sake, she uncovered her body! What's that God? He oppresses her in life so he may reward her in paradise after sacrificing her life for his sake.
But she met him there; the knight of her dreams, his eyes magic attracted her soul.it couldn't be one of God's enemies. Fatma compared her husband Salem and John. She compared between devil and angel, dark and light, curse and blessing. Salem taught her to despise her body, she is lower than man. Man should rape, slap and insult his wife; God gave him that right, who could object? God created her for man's enjoyment .On the contrary John made her feel by her humanity, her equality with man. She told Scotland Yard everything .Salem and his group chased her everywhere in UK, they chased her in work, in streets and in her flat, they ready to spend millions of dollars to kill her, they burnt her mother's house in Egypt and killed ten innocents, she believes, someday the light beam will vanish darkness.
