This is IPH's third collection of poems in 3 years. He uses his usual style of pulling from his real life experiences to produce poems that dare you to feel just about everything on the spectrum of human emotion. Dealing with issues such as men's mental health, anxiety, suicide, falling in love and of course the inevitable in this generation; falling out of love and heart break. He doesn't hold back as with his previous work, opting to scrap real titles for dates instead. Just so everyone can see where his mental state was at, at that specific time. Giving readers a chance to connect on a deeper level as they may have been going through something similar at the time or even at the moment that they are reading the specific piece. He finds a way to connect with his readers through the topics of life that aren't so pretty and most are too scared to talk about. IPH breaks through telling the reality of life not only as a man in this day and age but also as a young adult who may have been born in the wrong generation.
