Monk, Spider, Tools and the rest of the neighborhood gang are all set to make their last year at the local school one to remember. When Monk, his buddies and his nemesis all get assigned to the same class, expectations for a raucous year rise. Trouble is, the principal has an entirely different view of how the year is going to progress and she has enlisted a last minute ally. A disastrous first day, a run-in with the neighborhood tough guys, trouble with their female counterparts, and the on-going battle with nearby rivals only serve to fuel the desire to prove who is really in charge. Tension builds as the class faces a substitute that grows to resemble more a character from a frightening fairy tale than a teacher ripe for the picking.
