Strange plant resembling mutated bamboo is sprouting all over south italian town, causing damage to houses and infrastructure and haunting local inhabitants. It is almost impossible to eradicate and becauae of it some areas of town are emptying and property prices going down. But locals don't like to talk about it with outsiders. They don't call it "bamboo", or any other name but rather talk about it as "problem".
This story follow family who purchase home in town hoping to start new life there, suspecting nothing. But soon their life would turn upside down.
