Included are aspects of his family's escape from occupied Hungary, their life in a refugee camp and attempts at assimilation into the Australian culture. Andrew further shares the effects of his sexual abuse, and being a homeless adolescent. Additional aspects of his first marriage, memories of his children, and other moments from his life, work, religious beliefs, and studies, both before and after arriving to the USA with his current spouse are shared. Andrew made no attempt to filter his thoughts in this book. This may, or may not, depending on your point of view, be a good thing. You'll have to decide.
