If the future is like this, I'm not sure it's safe...!

It's so rare when a science fiction writer knows how to handle sex in his stories. M. Christian, though, seems to be one of the gifted ones. I don't read erotica, as a general rule, but because this book was featured at my favorite SF store, I picked it up. A quick perusal of a few pages convinced me I had to read more. It's one of the very best books I've read in months -- he creates fantastic worlds that are simultaneously believeable and other-worldly. Some of the stories were indeed very erotic but the eroticism sort of crept up on me, which intensified both the story and the sex. Very, very well written. Bravo!

Pure Psychosexual Dynamics

The Bachelor Machine is not simply excellent erotica set in the science fiction genre. It explores issues of identity, psychosexual dynamics, and is incredibly insightful into human nature. This is the best book I have read this year.

This writer is simply incredible

These stories were so richly crafted, so rich in sexual as well as technological detail, I was completely floored. M. Christian elevates erotic writing to new heights and speaks the language of the future as well as any of his sci-fi predecessors. Absolutely stunning!

Get it, read it, and, if you're really adventurous, go out and live a little sci-fi of your own.

Chocolate and peanut butter!

Two great things FANTASTIC together. I read a lot of SF and not that much erotica but this book was not only great SF but also very, very hot! What else has he written? I want to read everything!
