Simple & Good

This is clear and easy to understand, so the advice can be easily tried to see if it works. I guess the problem is that some level 1's have a great fear of the unknown... So those without much background in doing things outside of their comfort zone may be hesitant. So don't get the book for them to read. Read it yourself and offer an idea from the book and be there for him/her as needed to get through it. This book is great. I'm glad I read it. I'm almost done reading it as if January 2026. All I've read so far is very encouraging. And reading this book is like reading a letter from a friend. I highly recommend this book!
