Engineering Methods turns governance engineering from foundations to practice. It opens with the five-tier authority spectrum and the formal reading of a specification, the bridge between principle and method.

The book develops the ten method classes that constitute the discipline's working repertoire: specification, verification, audit, hardware enforcement, recovery, composition, compliance, adversarial design, self-modification governance, and reproducibility.
