Being authentically feminine is important in the patriarchal corporate cultures of many contemporary, democratic societies. The more challenging path benefits both the individual and society as a whole. It will be elaborated based on personal experience, specifically on women's positioning, after beginning as a young woman in the global corporate sector and pursuing a career. In a nutshell, it will be shown how raising consciousness is the first step toward progress. In the pursuit of the truth the following is specifically directed at young women in this field to help them see their impact, which is greater than they may realize.

The perspective on the actual situation in this area is purely motivational.

This implementation aims to address the root causes of current imbalances. Everyone, especially women, is the addressee. Furthermore, it is not about the accusation and pure observation with insights from various sources, looking practice-related onwards into the existing societal situation. Over and above is the associated wish of continuous progress for all of us.
