The British government's crisis committee, known as Cobra, meet in emergency session after a jihadist terror cell strikes at the heart of the United Kingdom, causing massive loss of life. The Heathrow attack is soon followed by coordinated atrocities around the world creating an atmosphere of fear, unprecedented since 9/11.
