When a major sex trafficking ring involving underage children is discovered involving numerous high-level elected officials, up to and including the US President, as well as senior officers of several private companies and religious institutions, one US Senator decides to give the offending pedophiles a choice- resign their office or be exposed to the public. Once Black Water is contracted to implement the Senator's plan, Jim Lashley is tasked with the unpleasant task of confronting the offending people and explaining that the only option acceptable is resignation. That is unless they want to see their names spread across the news and their families being made aware of their abhorrent lifestyle. When news of the sex ring operating out of Honolulu is leaked, the media demands the list of those who have participated in the child sex cruises just off the coast of Hawaii be released. Even with the threat of exposure, some refuse to accept the only offer available and threaten Jim and his partner's lives.
