Applicable to all ages

I read this in my mid-twenties. There are some things that, for someone of my age and practical experience, was redundant and I already knew. However, as someone who had little positive socialization and few healthy friendships due to my "quirks" (ie, just being socially awkward and clueless as to what was expected of me) there was still enough in here that made it an educational read, and something I wish I had picked up earlier, and am picking up again now.
