When the love of sisterhood is tested by a bond that's even stronger? From the inner circles of British society to the skyscrapers of Manhattan and the red-dirt hills of Kenya, the never-told secrets of a woman and a family unfurl."
Great book, easy to follow, with full character development. This was a book where you were brought into a family and became intimate with the characters. Excellent plot development. Learning about ones family heritage is never easy and sometimes very very messy. I enjoyed going on the journey.

I enjoy books that have a back and forth timeline. The characters are well developed, although at times I did feel as if I was reading a YA book but it held my interest. I will read more by this author.
