Fabulous book for female welders.

Welding and metal work can be a difficult field to break into as a female at times, and I greatly enjoyed a feeling of camaraderie from this book, in that it is written to a female audience. It contains everything one would need to know about getting started in metal work and also gives insight and inspiration from more personal stories by the author. I have to give Suzanne credit for having braved the teritory that she did at the time she wrote this book. It was inspiring and motivating to see how much she had accompolished and it's nice to feel like you have a companion in a such an amazing craft.
