Very disappointing

Of the 200 pages in this book, only 16 pages in the middle section contains color photos of the paintings. An art book where the majority of the paintings are in B&W is just not worth spending any amount of money on. The book was rated as Good, but as I was flipping through the pages I started sneezing. With the worn out cover, dusty and musty pages, this book should have been labeled as “Acceptable” at best.

The Art of Watercolor

This is a classic for those interested in this difficult painting technique. It is a bit academic but worth having. Unfortunately, the copy I got was a library edition with black and white pictures, no color plates. It makes the book a lot less useful and interesting.
