The inspiration for this book comes from my experience managing communications and media services within international organizations. For several years, we have tried to impose our vision and our methods in terms of humanitarian communication. This book presents itself to me as a collection or synthesis of the lessons learned from my journey in this field. It will constitute a tool for improvement for myself in terms of support for communication and the media.
