Although this book is called "The Art Of Being Alone", it is really an introduction toward the things men have to accept as well as being alone, to instill the proper mindset so they don't become overwhelmed by the truth and the harsh reality it opens them up to. In this book, Jo The Philosopher doesn't provide a step-by-step guide but a general sense of direction men can leverage and make their own. Knowledge that can be applied to all aspects of life and be used in some way for men to lead higher qualities of existence and to take their life back into their own hands.

I threw it in the trash

This book might be for some people but as a brother and a son, this books direct attacks on women is appalling. I fully understand why the author is alone in the first place, and it’s not by his choice.
